Just dropping a video for some basic one-arm patterns dropped by Tim’s Gym earlier this year. I am getting back into rope flowing after recovering from flu and am looking forward this next week just to focus on one arm patterns.
For me, it will be important to do this on both sides, as I am often unbalanced between the different arms and their capabilities. So being focussed on evening our ability for both sides will be good.
