Hello all you Rope Flow-ers!
Here we are on day 2. How’s it flowing? Hubby and I have had fun doing a 19 min session yesterday, trying out the one provided in this post as video of the day. It brings together yesterday’s movement and todays in one follow along rope flow, so give it a try after practicing the second movement. It really knits together the first two basic moves and discusses some nuances and playful explorations of these simple moves.

But for the rest, WE ARE ON DAY TWO!
So without much ado, here are the videos, and I also have a beautiful video of the day as a bonus.
To note, Rope Flow can be used as a warmup, so no separate warmup is needed.

★★★ Rope Flow Video of the Day ★★★
And here a follow along video with only the basic moves. (Of course what I found most difficult is how I got YouTube Video large enough and reception good enough to follow outside our house, but we managed with separate earbuds and a stone to prop up the iPhone )
