I know many of us are still doing the 5 Tibetan Rites, so to keep our collective motivations up and to keep going, I thought I’d start a #Throwback series about practices that the various workout buddies on our forums are currently involved in.
So feel free to use the hashtag #Throwback (without throwing your back) and remind us of some practices we learned or practised on the forum.
I’m still doing the Five Tibetan Rites, admittedly not quite daily but I aspire to a daily practice. Currently I probably remember to do them maybe 4-5 times a week. Not bad but could be better.
I do 7 repetitions, again aspiring to go up to 21 at some point. But I think ticking of the daily-ness of the practice comes before upping the reps to 21. It’s likely to get harder to get into a daily practice the longer it takes.
