ROWING: This felt so good!

After my trip to London over these last few days, with a lot of standing around and a bit of walking, I felt too stiff and inflexible to run this morning.

So I did two sessions of rowing today, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, keeping to Zone 1 and 2 for my heart-rate and just paddling along.

My body felt so nimble afterwards.

And as I rowed on virtual EXR, I enjoyed the virtual landscapes, waved to the campers coming out of their tents, took a picture of that amazing waterfall, swished my hand through cool waters and raced some ducks.

(And in the real world, I managed to also bake a gluten-free bread, plant an ginger root and do a bit or office work at my standing desk)

Feeling great, now, and ready for a little run tomorrow morning!
