How is ever doing? Im just dropping in during my holidays and sharing the holiday challenge I’m doing, rowing YouTube Rowing Channel RowAlong’s “12 days of Christmas”.
It’s a collection of very varied workout sessions over the timespan of 12 days. All sessions seem to be between 30 and 50 minutes, with intensive sessions followed the next day by recovery rows.
They can be rowed at any time of the year, but the Christmas decoration makes it very fitting for this time if the year!
Coach John also chats all about technique. So perfect for a 12 day challenge that attends to form and technique. Not quite for beginner rowers, but those who have already found their feet (or rather oars),
