Weโre into all sorts of combinations in this last week! Want to combine try out some Tai Chi whilst out walking? This one might be something to watch before you head out. But if youโre worried about the looks of passing dog walkers (or their dogs), than try it at home. Itโs something that takes slow to a different level!

This one is with a gym ball. We have one, but I never know what to do with it, so this quite long practice might help.
Also, it just makes you feel warm looking at that sunny outdoor surroundings. Maybe not quite in the Xmas spirit, but it combines gym ball with Pilates, so if you have a ball around, give it a go.

And as a last seasonal offering, letโs do a dumbbell workout. Iโve been using dumbbells regularly earlier in the year, but seemed to have dropped off in the last three months as I got deeper into stepping.
