...they really do!!!
Here I am...
I slept long and deeply last night and... woke late, but very refreshed.
Clocking in here to record today's activities. There is no need for replies, I just need to be out here
Plan was to get moving and move I did...
Okay... How did the Plan go!
* Head and shoulders knees and toe routine aka, Knees, ankles calves and toes, done.
* Teeth cleaning squats... 10 more today and a tad deeper.60.
* 16 minute, low impact leg work, Body fit by Amy. Done.
* YWA... Gentle morning wake up. I did not quite manage the whole time... some moves near the end were a tad too stretchy for me.... so I did some gentle breathing and relaxing.
I did feel anxious, as I began to move more and the feeling of how much strength I seem to have lost, was initially there...but I just slowed down, took it all at my own pace and used the yoga session to let everything just settle and calm.
There is little point to reflect on the negative.... the now and the moment is what counts.
After breakfast, Mr OF got a walk in before the rain came and he managed nearly a mile! I went with him and found it a very relaxed and enjoyable walk also.
I have finished Myrtle, my Hare painting... and am starting a new challenge.... given to me by my Art teacher last night,,, a lion cub.... I need some, brave, right now!
So, tomorrow....
* Squats...maybe include some ankle raises too.
* Body fit By Amy... Low impact abs... no crunches.
At some point...
* YWA... Gentle cosy flow. 20 minutes.
* Walk with Mr OF.. weather permitting... rain forecast all day!
The first steps are the hardest and they did feel a tad so, this morning., but slow and steady, on I go.
The longest I have been on the IC was 12 weeks... I cam back then, and I shall come back again!
I do know, that a few folk are struggling with all sorts right now...maybe putting a plan together could help
Sleep well or rest easy, everyone .
See you tomorrow.
