Second of the 2023 Row31 daily workouts, organised by British Rowing. The Pyramid Workout.
Today was another circuit workout, with on and off the rower intervals:
- Warm up = 4 minutes light rowing
- Circuit:
1) 2 minutes rowing, seated twist x 40 (20 each side)
2) 90 seconds rowing, lunges x 30 (15 each leg)
3) 1 minute rowing, press ups x 20
4) 30 seconds rowing, squat thrusts x 10 (option to do with feet on the seat)
- On rower, 1 minute sprint
- Cooldown, 3 minutes light rowing and stretch
