Had my 4 week fitness test with PT. I'm busted. I improved on everything except push ups. They stayed the same. Plank and Tricep dips where the biggest improvement. Sorry I don't know all figures as she won't tell me cause they are meant to be max each time lol
This is what I done
10min treadmill run
Box jumps for 1min
Push ups for 1min
Situps for 1min
Tyre flips and jump through 2mins
Tricep dips
Plank as long as possible
6x 50metre hill sprints
6x100 metre hill sprints
