Upcoming new YWA on Monday!

Just wanted to let people know that on Monday there will be a new YWA session!

I have started to put the new sessions into my calendar, as I’m keen to experience them at the time they drop. And as I might not be following the Feb calendar, this way I still get to experience the excitement of a new session dropping and doing the workout with loads of other Yogis as excited as I am!

So just thought I’d highlight it here.

If people do not know what I’m talking about:

YWA is a YouTube channel run by Adriene Michler, with a monthly free calendar of daily YouTube follow along workouts drawing from the vast collections of YouTube workouts she has on her channel.

Day 1: Did day 1 of Blossom today as I needed a quick practice. Work has been exhausting the last days and weeks but this was a great little pick-me-up. (I’ve now finished last months MOVE)

Easy, and including that new butt massage move that has quickly become my favourite position. You don’t need a foam roller if you use your own body as a roller! 🤣🤣🤣

She also had that Texas twang ‘you’all’ down pat. Saved this l one for those times..
