oh that’s great. I somehow have fallen into a pattern of post-row, post run stretch workouts only and then dumbbell workouts with some micro-targeted ankle flexibility routines.. But will drop into YWA the on or other day.
Definitely must do the new 5 min full body stretch from day 1 soon!
I've just done days 3&4. I think it's easier for me to bunch them up than to remember to do them each day. Luckily they're not very long! Well done on that run 👏👏 I've not been out yet, I really need to get going if I'm going to do the HU 10k! 😮
