Thing the first, I really enjoyed my strength workout this morning. There were squats, it’s true, but they were totally achievable and she gave a really good option to replace her evil jumping Jack/squat combo.
Thing the second, I know it’s not compulsory to do yoga every day, while working through the YWA Breath 30 day calendar, but I have fallen behind. I’m not too bothered by this, as I know why - it’s because I’ve been trying to keep them until much later in the day and actually keep falling asleep instead 🙈 I’m going to try for mid afternoon this week. And see if that works better
Okay, thing the third (my bad). Is the Snuggle workout as gentle as it sounds? I think what I’m actually asking is:
Am I going to want to take it upstairs, do it in the bedroom and then crawl into bed?
