NHS Workout: Pilates for beginners - great for stiff backs

Today, another Pilates workout, and it was a really nice one that stretches your whole back.

Very gentle on the knees as well, as long as one ignores the last movement section, yes the (for me) notorious child’s pose with a cat’s twist thrown in. Great for any backs, not as good for my knees.

But other than child’s pose, really enjoyable!
