What next after Week Five?

Hello! So, I finish Strength and Flex tomorrow (woohoo). I could continue doing week five exercises, but I’m a little bored of that routine right now. What’s the best thing to go onto, for someone who didn’t find the process easy, and still isn’t doing most of the ‘harder’ modifications?

Oh well done! I think there is even a badge for that in this forum! I used a lot of NHS workout programmes at nhs.uk/conditions/nhs-fitne... and specifically I followed the 12-week fitness programme at nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/1... . As S&F is included, you could start at week 6? ( I used it also after C25k for my consolidation runs)

It really worked well for me! (See my 12 weeks at healthunlocked.com/couchto5... )

Hope you find something great!
