I have really enjoyed doing this program and love the fact that I don't have to leave the house to do it however I am a little bored of walking around my living room so may have to try doing it outside next week.

I did the same and felt a bit silly walking on the spot. 😂 run wk6 R3 Sunday the big 25 I plan to start out Slow stay slow and end ...yep you guessed it slow. How is your week?
You will manage that run I did core body training Iast night with lots of planks so it was quite nice doing the S&F tonight.
Going to run my W9R2 tomorrow at Parkrun even if it is stormy!
I could really do with a G&T after my work week but running in the morning will have to do

I spent last night at a black tie do watching others abuse the free wine aghhh. But I am sure the are not off to the gym tonight 😂 still it did look like the were having fun. Good luck tomorrow I will keep it all crossed that it stays dry for you.
Maybe time to shake up your strength and stamina work up inside too, besides your outdoor running...lots of ideas for making the inside work exciting too
