...of my wheelchair workouts. Her workouts are mostly perfect for me right now. I finally found one that didn’t suit me this week, and even then it had one exercise in that I can take and put into another workout so 👍. I’ve been doing one every other day for last couple of weeks, but might try to do at least one extra one next week, which depends on how much housework I have to attempt (and that depends on how many hours my husband has to do for work).
Missed hospital appointment has now been made up for, and I’m now allowed to take the brace off to do my physio exercises on the bed - I have an extra physio exercise too VERY exciting - and can start to put a bit more weight through my foot using my own judgment 🥳 but still not to full weight bearing.
I have also had a lovely trip to the local part of the sea front courtesy of my daughter this week. I walked as much as I was able - including a shallow flight of steps - and she and my 4yo grandsprocket pushed me in my chair when I needed a rest. 4yo really did push me as well, he set off like a rocket, and trust me, the path is not that smooth and I am not a light person! He couldn’t cope with the drift caused by the slight camber though, so daughter walked alongside me in the chair and corrected as we went or I might have ended up tipped out on the verge.
The depressing thing about walking as far as I was able is still that my Garmin doesn’t track them properly because of the crutches, and I think taking my watch off my wrist and attaching it to my bra might look a bit desperate when we’re out in public 🤣
