This pandemic has been hard for a beginner like me to think of any effective regime. The goal for me is to be able to cut weight and have a muscular body by the end of the program. I currently weight around 82KG with a height of 178CM. Been to the gym on and off before. If anyone has any recommended apps that will be helpful as well. Thanks!
Does anyone has a 12 week training program... - Strength & Flex
Does anyone has a 12 week training program strictly only using body weights exercise?
Hi, I signed up to Verv. You can get a week’s free trial before you pay a sub. There are so many programmes and you can mix and match. I am currently using an intervals programme for weight loss - 3 x roughly 5k runs per week which increase in difficulty. It has improved both my stamina and speed since I completed C25k. I use a short yoga programme post-run for flexibility. On my non-running days I use a Hiit workout and yoga routine. The only annoying thing is the American accent but after a while you don’t focus on that. I’ve found lockdown has made it much easier to give myself daily exercise time - I’ve never had this amount of time to build positive new habits. My exercise is now first thing I do everyday. Good luck!
Have a look at our at-home workout library - most of these are equipment-free!
I use Nike training club... one of the plans on there is body weight only. 2 of the other 3 are equipment optional so can be set to body weight only (I think they default to that too)
I've been doing some Joe Wicks sessions, but also joined (not free though) a virtual instagram live training : #wherethestrongbelong every week- morning at 7 am, a 30 minutes workout... tough but effective at 10 am on Saturday, rest on Sunday - the video is available for 24 hrs and the program runs until the end of August.
Edit: I'm already feeling the difference !
