Hi All
I hope everyone is well and managing to find ways to exercise during the lockdown. I am lucky to be able to get out for a run three times a week and clocking up more km's than before lockdown due to working mostly from home and occasional days at school.
I have been trying some of the indoor/at home workouts - thanks to everyone for their suggestions. So far I have really enjoyed Holly Dolke's Indoor walking because it includes strength work and is very adaptable (see my other post) but I have also tried the Body Project low impact workout. While clicking on the workouts posted on the forum I somehow, by mistake found Emi Wong and did her 20 minute full body stretch.

I don't do enough stretching (only doing a few stretches after a run) and found this video really great.
1. I liked the way she explained the stretch clearly and demonstrated before we started each one
2. Loved the relaxing music
3. Found the stretches manageable, mostly She encouraged us NOT to be competitive but listen to the body and do what we can
4. Good range of stretches and some new ones for me which I found very effective
5. Starts off gently with a warm-up and some standing stretches then moves later to floor stretches.
All in all enjoyed it
