Aw, well done! Iā€™m so impressed as to how well your doing with the challenge! I had three weeks at 20 seconds, find the planks so difficult. Have done x2 30 seconds so slowly getting there. Youā€™d said you were going to start the kettle bell challenge. That sounds proper tough!!

Yes enjoying the plank, but decided not to do the kettlebell, its not for me.
