Aw, well done! Iām so impressed as to how well your doing with the challenge! I had three weeks at 20 seconds, find the planks so difficult. Have done x2 30 seconds so slowly getting there. Youād said you were going to start the kettle bell challenge. That sounds proper tough!!
Yes enjoying the plank, but decided not to do the kettlebell, its not for me.
Thats fantastic, well done on achieving that
