We normally do one set of planks each class π but imagine my joy when teach says we are going to do every plank position today πππ yes my joy was deep. So very very deep.
But at least it ironed out a few wrinkles from yesterday's run and my back ache is improving each week π€π€π€

Glad that you enjoy planks, there are so many of them, full plank, elbow plank, side plank, up one leg in the air plank, that's only the ones I know, but probably there are many more, I think they may help us with our runs.
My absolute favourite (not!) was side plank, then as you lift your arm to the ceiling, lift your top leg as well. Then lower both arm and leg whilst maintaining plank. Repeat arm and leg raises a further 9 times. And great excitement. we get to do it all again on the other side. whoop whoop.
There is a Youtube video from Bowflex, the three-minute perfect plank workout with Tom Holland, it's long enough for me, it does have some of those above-mentioned planks.
Hehe, I couldnβt help but laugh at your tone, I could only imagine the faces you pulled when you heard the wonderful news πππ. Well done for getting through them all though. Rfc x
Oh my god... I feel for you... NTC has a 5 minute plank finisher that does what it says on the tin to me... how long did they keep the planks going? Were you all disrespectful to them last week? Maybe bake them a cake for next time!
Hahaha, your post made me laugh out loud at work! Thankfully I swallowed my ice tea before I read the funny bits, or I would have sprayed my computer monitor and keyboard, and the whole office around me. Haha
