We have noticed a couple of people asking about a 30 days of Yoga With Adriene for February.
There is one available, although not through mailing list as it was in January. This time you need simply to view or download the full calendar yogawithadriene.com/calendar/ , and search for the videos on Adriene's YouTube channel youtube.com/channel/UCFKE7W... .
The February yoga journey is called 'Kiss', so kisses to everyone taking part!

I was kissing my sore feet for 40 minutes yesterday afternoon (well maybe knock off 5 minutes for the boats which took all my energy at the time). I like this calendar set up - some structure to help keep me on track, but I don't have the same feeling that I have to do every session in sequence, just pop back in and see what's on the menu for today - and today's sounds yummy 🙂
Oh I need to do this, I’ve already got out of routine after Home and I really mustn’t let it slip. I will start on this tomorrow after my Wednesday run 🤞
I absolutely love the February calendar of YWA, there is such a good mix in there and grateful to see some rather short snappy sessions too. I am still addicted, I have done back to back sessions to fast forward through the February calendar out of pure excitement and motivation for it.
MY CHEAT: I typically play a lot of the videos at x1.5, x1.75, x2 because I am comfortable with flowing between poses at pace (vinyasa) to get my heart rate up and give me more of a workout.
Not wanting to be pedantic here... but 30 days hath no Februarys! Of course all months should have 28 days and be in the right order to help my little brain.
It’d be great... especially for anyone who likes to take the bit between Christmas and new year off work.
Hi roseabi. I'm new to the Strength & Flex forum (I'm week 5 on c25k), but not to yoga. I've just seen this post and would like to join. Can I just start myself at the beginning of Adrienne's Kiss plan or will something else begin in March which means I overlap?
