I told you I would do my strength workout last week, so I did โ
I told you I was starting the 30 days of yoga challenge (aiming to do it on 30 consecutive days), so (far) I did โ
I was supposed to do strength again today; knowing I had said I would post an update on the yoga, I thought I ought to do my strength workout first, so I did โ
I'm really enjoying the yoga - so varied. I've started scanning though the next day's video in advance so I can check out poses I don't know (my warrior was very wobbly and I'm blaming that on having to keep checking in with the screen ๐). Tomorrow will be day 9 and I'm looking forward to it!
I know a couple of people are also trying it at the moment, and some have done it in the past, but if anyone else is interested in taking a look - there is really no need to do it on consecutive days and each day has only been between 17 and 30 minutes long so far - here is the link to the intro (it's over 4 years old now) youtu.be/ipQJY_8pBe0
