Hit the gym this morning and with view it would be light and I'll go for a cycle to put the other night in the bin. Didn't quite happen. Some how I talked myself into do a good gym session and nrc sprints. 😂 Honestly love when this happens.

Press up 3 sets x 10
Low row 3 sets x10 (20kg 30kg 30kg)
Upright row db x12 (16kg 20kg 20kg)
Row 3 sets x10 (40kg 30kg 30kg)
Shoulder press 3 sets x10 (20kg 25kg 30kg)
Curl to press shoulder db 3 sets 10 reps (10kg 10kg 10kg)
Sprints where good but thought the avg pace would have been slightly faster. Oh well. Bath time.
