Tried a couple new things that I've done with PT. Best bit was that I got a new pb on my leg press. Definitely not as much as the other guys or even yourselves but I'm well chuffed.
Db Squats 3 sets 20 reps (1x body 2x 16KG)
Single leg squat 3x 10 each leg
Bulgarian squat 3x10reps (8KG)
Lying leg curl 3 sets 10 reps (3x32.5KG plate)
Calf push 3 sets x20 reps ( 3x20KG)
Thigh extension 3 sets x10 reps (3x30KG plate)
Leg press 3 sets x10 reps (1x50KG 1x70KG 1x110KG)
