I love Pilates. I always feel great after a class but 2 years ago SAD was bad and I stopped going. Well tonight I went back. It was awesome, I feel awesome. I also feel knackered and tomoz probably sore 😂😂

Maybe I've been deluding myself but I was a little shocked at how stiff I was. My range of movement is definitely not as it was. 😡 at self. One thing that has not changed is this. Elevated clam is a killer!

The plan now is Pilates every Monday and if it's dry I will be able to walk there and back so an added benefit of 30 mins walking 👐

Don’t want to even think about what Elevated Clams might get up to, but I am looking out for a beginners’ Pilates class to join! 😳

So many folks seem to find it good, and I’m not naturally limber so think it would really benefit me. But I have rather limited time slots. Haven’t given up!

It is so nice to take up a sport after a long while of abandoning it, isn't it? Your Mondays will be looked forward to ;-)

I googled the elevated clam, LOL.

My fave used to be Step aerobic. Unfortunately, the new local gym doesn't have it. All other forms are not appealing enough compared to outdoor jogging.

I tried step once. Absolutely bloody useless at it! I can do feet or arms but it turns into a car crash if I try to do both at the same time 🤣🤣🤣

Shame your gym doesn't do it though. I guess it's one of those classes that's gone a bit out of fashion :(

Have you tried Zumba? That's also perfect for the ones like me, he would like to dance but cannot.

Yes, Step is one of old-school, can't-go-wrong aerobic classes, and a lot of those have now been replaced with fancy ones of tongue-twisting abbreviations and you constantly have to google if you want to have a clue what is what on the market.

Btw, I also had to google your elevated clam thing, LOL <3.

Well done getting back to those classes... just seen elevated clam too, looks like one of those nice gentle gonna hurt like hell ones.

The basic clam looks quite relaxing but not sure about the elevated one 😬! Bit like a side plank but even harder! I have never tried Pilates, don't think there is one locally. I could certainly do with going to a class because I find it hard to get motivated doing S&F at home. So glad you had a good experience - well done 👍😀
