The small changes

I'm noticing a few changes. Some good and some miby not so good. Tell me this tho if more vains are popping up more, especially around the arms and hands does that mean I'm getting stronger. I do apologise if this sounds daft but I'm really staring to notice a difference in this area.

Taking it to the extreme... body builders tend to have lots of veins popping up... I guess as the muscle grows the surface veins have to go somewhere, so logically what you’re seeing makes sense to me. I’m no medical expert of course.

Lol. Sometimes when I add 1 and 1 I get the wrong answer. It's just weird. I've never been a veiny person. New one appeared today up my forearm.

Yes by no means am I a body builder or would want to be lol

Good... pro body builders deliberately tear muscles... so what you got building is all about strength, that they build has a lot of scarring and isn’t as strong as it looks... functional strength is the right thing to aim at.

Don't like the sound of that idea. Tear muscle just to look good in spray tan. Nah I'll keep my small vein lol

Yes Johnny, I am sure you are getting stronger with all those veins showing, caused by all the intensive exercises that you have been doing recently.

I am not suggesting that you become a body builder but if you look at those guys arms, the veins in their arms bulge out very noticeably.

Perhaps you can now lift heavier weights than you used to.

I can definitely feel me getting stronger. I'm just finding all this amazing and strange. I was never a veiny person.

Keep going but watch that you don't 'overdoit' regarding the exercises.

I've this week and next to do then I'm off it for 2 weeks. Holiday and the 2nd week to recover from holiday. After that hopefully change it up again.
