So my Monday went well. Went to docs and xray had come back fine on my heel. Went over to walk day 3 of week 1 with dad before I went to PT. Turned out that I done it all too. Oops. On the plus my heel felt fine most of the time. On to pt with a big grin on my face. He soon wiped that off. I done

500 meter row

Bicep row body weight

Skull crushes 8kg each arm

Ring push ups body weight

Bent over row barbell 40kg

Hamsring curls

Head Lunges both arms in air

Knees up

All are 3 sets x8 x10 x12 reps

In all a good Monday. OK I wasn't meant to run but it did feel good to just get that wee small spurt.

I am so glad that you enjoyed your PT session, Johnny, wow, skull crushes 8K each arm and bent over row barbell 40K as well as ring up push up body weight sounds very invigorating.

Gotta love a PT who kicks your butt good! Well done on the sneaky little run... it allowed you to see that the healing is progressing, just don’t overdo it mate.
