So my Monday went well. Went to docs and xray had come back fine on my heel. Went over to walk day 3 of week 1 with dad before I went to PT. Turned out that I done it all too. Oops. On the plus my heel felt fine most of the time. On to pt with a big grin on my face. He soon wiped that off. I done

In all a good Monday. OK I wasn't meant to run but it did feel good to just get that wee small spurt.
