Good workout for you today Johnny, puts me to shame, I did a 15 minutes variation of plank exercises before breakfast, then at 9.25 I did the second day of UnfitNoMore's 100 a day for a month push up challenge, that took 18 minutes. At 10.30 I went a 4K walk with my walking club group.
It was. I done it out of curiosity. Definitely will be doing it again. I start Ed then doing sprints in the straights and eased up round the bottom corners. Only annoyance I have with the bike machines is when your getting into your stride and speed it puts a resistance in for a few seconds
