500m warm up row

5x10

Clean & jerk 10kg

Squats

Push up (last 10 I struggled on)

100m ski pull down

15min bike pacer at 17mph ( there is a a track comes up and the computer makes a dot go in the inside lane at the speed you set, my job it to stick with it of beat it in the outside lane. really enjoyed this)

10 min cross trainer (was OK. Got bit bored tbh.)

Good workout for you today Johnny, puts me to shame, I did a 15 minutes variation of plank exercises before breakfast, then at 9.25 I did the second day of UnfitNoMore's 100 a day for a month push up challenge, that took 18 minutes. At 10.30 I went a 4K walk with my walking club group.

I'm trying to work on the walking. It does the irrate it slightly

It was. I done it out of curiosity. Definitely will be doing it again. I start Ed then doing sprints in the straights and eased up round the bottom corners. Only annoyance I have with the bike machines is when your getting into your stride and speed it puts a resistance in for a few seconds

50 in total. It was 5 sets of each with 10 reps in each set. No breaks.
