Just checked what I done last mnth. I ran 45 miles and cycled 120 miles. So my main challenge is to do more than last mnth. Now that longer nights etc I can get out on the bike more. Well here's hoping

Remember to factor in your recovery from the weekend as well, events take a bit out of us as we tend to push that extra bit. Well done on last months milage, very impressive. Rfc x
