I have another cold. Not a bad one like the one before Christmas but it’s here.

I’m sure my body is still recovering from my thyroids meds being out, I can’t complain MrRfc started with it on Thursday last week but with him being on immunosuppressants a cold is a slightly bigger thing ☹️.

I pushed a bit yesterday with a 1400 mtr swim, I was due a 7km and 10km Run this week but they might have to be cancelled.

To keep up with RED February I’m going for a little 2km toddle. As I’ve read a gentle walk in the fresh air is good for a cold and I should be back on track really soon.

Hope you are all doing well

Rfc x
