How is it going?

Are you all keeping on track or do we need some more motivation?

I have done two out of my three days. I am hoping that I will fit in the third over the weekend. I have even added in sorting out the spare room so I have more space to hoop. It still involves lots of picking the hoop of the floor 😂😂😂. I have managed 5 rotations in one go now which is a step up from the 1 last Saturday so there is some progression.

I need some motivation and time management! I went swimming on Wednesday and wanted to go Friday but missed out ... will aim to go tomorrow! You'd think it'd be easy with having a pool at work...

Oh I know what that is like. 😀. I have done a great job of adding in the hooping but couldn’t find the time to fit my swim in this week either. I am Putting a post up for this week, let’s try and keep each other going this week.
