And now, the end is near... or the end of week 3 at least. There is still another week and half of challenge to go, fear not, Squat fans. But the active bendy up and down part of this week is drawing to its inexorable close. You may see that as a good thing or a bad thing. One thing is certain, we are ending on a high not (and then squatting down to a low one, although try not to actually produce any 'low notes' as you squat.

There may also even be the hint of a little bonus for those of you at the top of the class... Squat on, Tommy!
