I did the first 2 sessions of week 1.... When did everyone start noticing a difference??

I think it takes a couple of weeks to see the difference but you should notice it in yourself quite soon. it is a slow build up but worth it. 😀

I know what you mean, I'll be honest, after the third week I opted for doing all the exercises indoors (apart from the one you pull yourself to the railings) and went for a 45-60 min fast walk as well, that seemed to work for me. The exercises are really good.
