Hi I've just had my 4th baby who is now 13 weeks and wanted to follow the nhs couch to 5k and stretch and flex programme. I want to get my body back to how it was before I got pregnant which I could fit into size 8/10, now I'm a 12 as my belly is slightly stretched and my legs are fatter!!

Awwww congratulations. Start off steady and build up slowly. I am sure your body has a lot of different adjustments going on right now so treat it with some TLC and you will get fit again.
