Hello everyone. About a year I started experiencing stabbing pains in the joint of my right shoulder. I work at a desk all day and my posture is poor. Does anybody else experience the same problem?

Hello, I have the same problem, do you use a mouse with your right hand? Try to check your desk setup. My chair and desk heights were all wrong when I compared to guidelines. I also moved my mouse to my left hand. The pain is better but not gone. Try following something like this guideline ergonomics.ucla.edu/office-.... I look forward to see if anyone else posts a reply to this thread. I can't possibly do something like a push-up or a plank at the moment and not sure how to get strength back in my shoulder.
