I'm on Week 2 of the S&F programme, which I'm doing alongside C25K. I'm a complete beginner, but so far it all seems very easy to me (unlike C25K!). In Week 1, Laura said that by the end of the five weeks, 'you'll be doing press-ups, squats, back, arm and leg stretches with ease'. I find this a bit misleading, as I've just listened ahead to Week 5 and from what I've heard the 'press-ups' I'll be doing 'with ease' are still wall press-ups. This isn't to denigrate anyone for whom that's good progress, but, as I said, I just think it's a bit misleading. I might start doing my press-ups on the stairs, getting nearer and nearer horizontal each week. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Thanks

I'm on week 3 and thought same as you that this looked too easy to get to full push-up by week 5. It is misleading - I agree. Anyone know another podcast series that will help me get to a horizontal push up?
She also said pull ups which is not what you end up doing. They should have made this a 10 week programme in the last week of week 5 she is encourage bench push ups which is at least an improvement but the "pull ups" have not been made anymore difficult at all. That said this was quite a challenge for me as I'm pretty overweight so I knew there was no chance of me doing press ups and pull ups with ease in 5 weeks
