I am doing C25K and wanted to feel stronger and have some exercises on my rest days from running. Just did the first session, Laura was pretty tough on me I thought, think I have used muscles that were used to resting!

Has anyone done it in the local park, I hid at home and think I would feel a bit silly stretching while holding on to a tree??

Actually I do it on my way to the office and I quite enjoy the weird looks people give to me! I just have to ignore it because I love to do it in the outdoors! I am on my week 5 running and just started week 2 of strength and flex today.
