Exercise for the Day?

Today I was meant to do Strength and Flex, but I've just taught 90 minutes of choreography and I'm shattered - should I still do it or not?

Depends on why you are tired from the choreography! If it is mostly mentally tired from teaching, S&F seems fine and might even be helpful, a rest for your brain, but if you've been engaged in vigorous physical activity you've probably filled your exercise slot for the day.

In terms of losing weight though, I'd suggest erring on the side of leaving the way clear for your next C25K session tomorrow rather than pushing yourself to do S&F today.

I ended up not doing S&F but went for a walk instead :)
