Mix and match is doing it for me

Having found it a bit hard to get started on this I decided to mix and match. Still doing to S&F and on to week two. But I am doing some at home and also putting my Wii fit to good use and doing some of the yoga and strength workouts on it and a bit of step for the warm up.

I need to build up the strength in my knees, as this is holding me back from increasing my running.

Keep it going all, I am :-)

Well done Alcopop. Mixing and matching is the best way to work all your muscles and build overall fitness. If it's knees you need to work on, try this knee-strengthening routine:
