Hello kind people with Raynauds, Does anyone get the tingles all day long?

I was doing good but htan every other month or so my bicepts and thighs start tingling. I think again. I think possibly slight air drafts set it off. That is my hunch anyways.

I couldn't help laughing at the "tingling". I don't know what you mean but I don't think that I have had it.

You mean the pins and needles that never seem to stop? Oh yeah. Though I don't get them in my biceps. Sometimes my thighs, but usually feet and hands.

yeah some days its just resorted to hands and feet than others its in arms, legs and face it just makes me freaked and I can never sleep. I get angy at having this because there is so much unknwon

Eh. Raynaud's won't kill you...what it will do is, like a three year old always vying for your attention no matter what you do. So you will be constantly frustrated. Pin and needles however are the worst thing to get rid of.

i get pins an needles in my hands somedays and some morning i get a throbbing feeling in my finger tips......drives me crazy somedays as will last a few hours....i find by streaching my fingers a few times help but think just have to get used to it.... i have only just found out i have raynauds so i am still trying to understand what is going on in my hands.....take care all xx
