As it has started to get colder , im finding it hard to get anything out of the fridge or freezer.. plus getting wet washing out from the washing machine even with gloves etc on!!!
So if you have come across this.. then please let me know what you have done to ease daily tasks...
Hi fairygoddess83, it may sound silly but the silver gloves from RSA inside marigolds, you get the warmth but also the grip from the gloves. I hope that helps, I realise you said you already use gloves, but a small suggestion in improvising?

I have a device called a husband which I use to do those tasks 
Yes I have one of those husband devices as well ... works well 
Like there are gloves for the oven, there are gloves for the deep freeze. They look the same to me. They are a bit bulky but useful. I suggest you do these tasks very quickly and afterwards have a hot drink with a small amount of alcohol. Good luck. Other people are useful too.

Thanks peeps... I have a partner and two teenagers but they don't seem to help much.. As they think I'm being lazy!!! Even tho they can see the colour changes, wrapped up in soo many layers!! And me going on about the pain and numbness... !!! Looks like they need to go back to the manufacturer and have a shut down reboot!!! I got taking off my meds due to side effects.... I have made an appointment but I missed it due to sleeping.. which I do to stay warm.. cause as soon as I'm cold my brain has completely gone and I don't function at all.. falling over, dropping things, can't conform a sentence that makes any sense and end up feeling like pants!! So as you can guess I would rather sleep until I ve completely warmed up ... I also thought that I m getting a taxi to my next appointment.. that way I will defo go... Right that's my rant over and done with.. oh one more thing I ve ordered a circulation board, just waiting for it to arrive!! But I'm hoping this will really help.. x x right I'm defo off peace out peeled
Hi I put on some foil wraps around my fingers which I have made myself and wear them under gloves, it seems to delay the onset. I sent some to a few people last year and it seemed to help the people with primary reynauds, and in particular myself and another guy who have to work outside a bid. If you send me a message if you would like me to send some to you to try. I had hoped to get a MArk II design done by now but 3 kids and working have meant no time. best wishes Christine
