I have limited cutaneous systemic scleroderma with secondary Raynaud's and usually bruise badly after blood tests but I put it down to the fact that the nurse always struggles to find a vein and sometimes when they do getting blood isn't always easy.

If you're concerned you should see your GP.

I have Limited Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis (once C.R.E.S.T) and the nurse taking the blood has the same problem finding a vein but, for the most part, I am bruise-free afterwards. However, when the nurse is not very good at it, then I get a lot of bruising!

I ususally bruise quite badly, but wonder if this is because it isn't easy to find a vein and the blood comes out very slowly. Sometimes it stops when the needle gets in.
