Yes, I get pains in my legs up to the calf and including my feet all the time but particularly after I have walked a little way particularly up an incline. I have a disabled blue badge because I cannot go much more than 100 yards and I need a car to get about. I often have to put my feet up. I have an armchair with a foot stool. I take care of my feet to make things a little easier.

Me too but thought maybe it was varicose veins rather than my Ray & Scler.

Often get cramps at night too especially if I've gone to bed with cold feet.

I get cramps too and they went too bad I went to the GP and he gave me quinine. It hasn't eliminated the cramps but it is much better.

I still manage sports , but in the evenings the pains in my legs are really bad....i have never found any medication that helps. I`m newly back in the U.K. , and unfamiliar with the medical system, so any, and all advice would be appreciated.

Hello Lisa, I have recently been having pain in my legs, think it's due to poor circulation. I have been taking Propanalol, prescribed for essential tremor, was helping the tremor, however I have stopped taking it as the pain was really quite bad and this can be a side affect of the drug. The pain is not so bad now. I don't think it is actually the Raynauds but more poor circulation. Numbness in the feet and swelling in the ankles. I find rotating the ankles regularly and moving the feet up and down helps a bit, also massaging them. Don't know if this helps.Take care.
