I had a great deal of trouble finding a specialist to help me until I contacted the RSA. They were so helpfull and pointed me in the right direction, Is there any way that I could show my appreciation other than by direct donation (done that as well).

Scleroderma Awareness Week is taking place 10th-16th October. Perhaps you could help the campaign by organising a fundraising event e.g. a coffee morning during that week to raise money for the 'Cool Million Appeal'. Posters, bookmarks and leaflets are available on request from the RSA, which would all help to create awareness. If you would be willing to speak to a journalist about your scleroderma this would help to create publicity and the RSA is always grateful to people who can help in this way. For further details about Scleroderma Awareness Week and how to get involved call 01270 872776.
Distribute their leaflets to GPs. Mine was quite happy to have them.
