Hello Bookworm, you should go to your doctor ,as you can get powerful anti-perspiration treatments on prescription. You can also buy them in chemists. There are 48hr ones as well. Speak to your gp.

Yes, it is the Nivea cool extreme for men, it's a 24 hour one. I'd go for the roll on, it takes a while to dry but boy does it work. I actually tested it for nearly 24 hours and it worked, even did an aerobic class. Not a drop. I was so used to having a bath at night, then washing my armpits again in the morning. Give it a go it's on special at Boots, that's what made me try it.

Ladyscar...I like ur response...must try that myself:)

Bookworm, I use Drysol (RX) on my feet for my hyperhidrosis, otherwise my feet are complete puddles! You can also try Certain-Dri(non-RX) for underarms.

Stay away from powders, or you'll just make paste when you sweat!

I find roll-on definitely the most effective, aerosols just deodorize everything around you! :)

I do! I find it kind of funny that my hands and feet are freezing and blue and I am sweating like crazy. ugh. It's so gross!!!

I have recently tried Secret Outlast. It's supposed to last 48 hours. I shower daily, so mine only lasts 24, but I think it's working.

I have the same problem! Along with occasional drenching night sweats. I'm so glad to see there were some responses to this with products to try. THANK YOU!
