Can anyone recommend some thin gloves for wearing during my keep fit class?I have some very old ones I'm sure I bought from Sruk

Have you tried the silver gloves from SRUK, they are quite thin but will give you some warmth. Best used as a base layer glove but if your class is indoors they maybe sufficient.

It depends on what sort of training you are doing I wear these in classes but struggle with slam balls and can't wear when doing done weightlifting
