diver thread gloves
Hi, I got them a couple of years back and for me they just didn't work. I also had another pair of gloves on top of them. 🌹
thank you CarolMcl very much appreciate your straight forward and honest reply
I have some and wear them under other gloves. To be honest I don't think they're much more effective than normal thin gloves. I ordered a pack with full gloves and fingerless ones. The fingerless had pulled threads, but the seller wouldn't replace or refund unless I sent both pairs back for examination. I didn't bother but wouldn't buy again.
I wouldn't buy again either. I've just purchased a pair of "Head" snow gloves. They're a bit bulky but if they do the job, then it's worth it. First time using will be tonight, so here's hoping 🤞🤞🌹
Thanks again, the power of advertising you could end up with with a drawer full of gloves, Good luck
I buy genuine pure sheepskin mitts, I use a mobility scooter and they keep my hands warm, but they need to be either leather or suede with sheepskin linings, not the faux ones x
Hello.
They do not last more than a few months of constant wear, I find, and get grubby very easily (would better be dyed black!). I do not know how they compare with ordinary woollen gloves as I have never done a systematic comparison over time. I have looked at the fabric under a microscope at 40x magnification and I can see very occasional silver threads but the percentage visible is definitely <5%. On balance, I think they are expensive and one would better go and buy some wool fingerless gloves. with (nb) long wrists. Keeping wrists warm is a critical thing to help reduce Raynauds' in hands - this is why I wear cut lengths of white tubular bandage which fit neatly under cuffs.
Hi, I wore the snow gloves and they were really good. As I said, they're bulky but kept my hands very warm 🌹
