hello

So I’m a long term suffer from raynauds (secondary) keeping hands warm is a challenge. I’ve got various gloves and hand warms but there are times when I can’t wear gloves or when the gloves aren’t effective. I’ve seen various hand creams to at say they warm the hands but has anyone tried any and if so which were effective. My right hand is so swollen at the moment, a nice red /purple in colour. Hand temperature is often cold even when my body is warm. Any suggestions would be great!

GEHWOL Red is a circulation stimulator that gives a warming sensation. I’ve used it in my podiatry practice and many of my clients love the way it feels but the action is very limited in duration.

Thank you, had a look on Google and it’s a foot cream they say not suitable for hands - any advice on that?

Yes it’s a foot cream, As a podiatrist I’ve been using it for years. I rub it into my hands regularly as I have secondary raynauds associated with scleroderma. I have had no issue using it on my hands in-fact I rarely use generic hand creams at all as I have so much foot cream at home due to my profession. I can’t find anything on the packaging I have that says it can’t be used on hands. Usually the only difference between hand creams and foot creams is that foot creams can take a bit more rubbing in and feel greasier as they tend to have a richer consistency.
