Yes, after all these years of taking Niacin to help Raynaud's, I still find it helpful. My Dr is aware. I take it only twice a day and will continue taking it along with the vitamins I have been taking for 40 plus years. The Raynaud's Association recommends it along Gingko Biloba. I also limit my caffeine intake to one mug of green tea daily.There are some days where I have very painful joints and I am frustrated, but I am still here trying my best to take care of myself. I hope for improved health for all of you. Keep reading, educate yourselves, get rest and mild exercise.
