Hard peeling skin on my palms

Hiya, i have the same both palms skin peeling ,thought was that i did washing by hand but perhaps not. I cream twice a day but doesnt help.

Looks like a form of dermatitis. How long has it been there? Was the onset gradual and did the lesion grow over time or did it just appear? Is it itchy? Have you recently changed soap/ started washing your hands more often? It could be fungal if itchy so an over the counter anti fungal cream can be a good place to start. If it’s not fungal the lesion will probably not change much with treatment but the cream will offer it some moisturisation.

Yes my palms peel as well. And skin is hard. I use moisturiser which helps a little. Not nice
